Q: Doug, what inspired you to return to coaching after your time in broadcasting?

A: I’ve always been passionate about coaching, and I felt like it was time to get back to the game I love. I’m excited to be back in Green Bay and to have the opportunity to build a strong team culture. It’s just what I was meant to do.

Q: How do you approach building a strong team culture?

A: I believe that building a strong team culture is key to success in college basketball. By focusing on the development of my players and creating a positive team environment, I aim to create a team that is greater than the sum of its parts. It’s all about the team, man.

Q: What do you think sets you apart from other coaches in the sport?

A: I think my experience in broadcasting has given me a unique perspective on the game. I’m able to communicate effectively with players, coaches, and fans, and I’m able to break down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language. I’m pretty good at explaining things, I think.

Q: What’s next for you and the Green Bay Men’s Basketball team?

A: We’re excited to get started and to build a strong team culture. We’ll be working hard to develop our players and to create a positive team environment. I’m confident that we’ll be a competitive team in the Big Ten Conference. We’re gonna win some games!
